ProITDisposal - Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. General
1.1. These T&C's refer to My Recycling Ltd trading as eBay user ID ProITDisposal
1.2. These Conditions shall supersede all earlier conditions of ProITDisposal
1.3. These conditions shall take precedence over any conditions of the customer and shall not be varied without the written consent of a partner of ProITDisposal.
2. Prices and Ordering
2.1. Overseas and Non EU orders will be subject to local taxation for which we have no control or are liable for.
2.2. The price payable by the customer will be the price current at the date of the order.
2.3. Reservation of products does not constitute an order and is not binding on either party.
2.4. ProITDisposal reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.
3. Payment
3.1. We accept payment via the following methods i) Paypal ii) Postal Orders iii) Direct Bank Transfer
3.2. Payment/contact MUST be made within 1 working day of the end of auction or sale.
3.3. Payment must be cleared in FULL before goods will be dispatched, no exceptions.
4. Shipping
4.1. Products supplied ProITDisposal are delivered at the risk of ProITDisposal. If a parcel is delivered damaged then it must be signed for as 'Damaged'. Customers must inspect the goods immediately following delivery and contact ProITDisposal within 24 hours to notify of any damage caused in transit; missing or lost items. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4.2. Goods will be shipped in most cases within 2 working days of receipt of cleared funds to UK Mainland destinations. Should there be a delay in processing your order you will be notified immediately and details of expected delivery will be made available
4.3. Advertised prices only includes shipping to Mainland UK. Carriage costs to Northern Ireland / Highlands & Islands / Isle of Man / Channel Islands / Isle of Wight may be higher and additional costs will need to be met by the 'Purchaser'.
4.4 Goods that are collected by the buyers own courier or shipping agent will NOT be offered WARRANTY or RETURN for items that arrive non functioning when sold as functioning or good working condition.
4.5 Please ensure if picking up equipment personally you arrived equipped with the appropriate vehicle to remove your item(s). Our staff will not be held responsible for damaged caused whilst moving or loading equipment into inappropriate vehicles.
4.6 Our staff will not assist customers load large, heavy or bulky items into customers vehicles due to Health & Safety, and insurance liability issues.
4.7 Shipping cost is for 2 attempted deliveries, if you’re not available for delivery please inform the shipping agent when a Not Available or Redelivery Booking card is left * by the number on the card or with our shipping agent City Sprint on 01344 489099 to re arrange delivery. Failure to do so will result in your item being marked as a failed delivery and reshipped back to ProITDisposal which there is a standard cost of £16 + Vat. If you then require your goods to be reshipped the £16 + Vat return cost plus the original delivery cost will need to be paid for by the “Purchaser” before goods can be redelivered. * if applicable Address’s with Access Control or Gated Residence do not apply.
5. Warranty
5.1. All items sold on a "Buy It Now" Format are supplied with 30 day 'Return to Base' (RTB) warranty - unless otherwise stated.
5.2. The Customer should return the product in its "original packaging" to ProITDisposal. Prior authorization must be obtained for any returns by contacting ProITDisposal and obtaining written authorization to return.
5.3. Unless otherwise stated, all items sold on a "Buy It Now" Format come with a 30 day 'Return To Base' warranty. Should your unit fail and require repair within 7 days of receipt, please contact us and we will authorize a return where ProITDisposal are responsible for carriage costs both ways. Your goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded as requested and returned to you. For orders outside the UK mainland, you will be liable for costs above the standard UK mainland rate.
5.4. In the case of a repair/upgrade during the remaining warranty period, The buyer is responsible for carriage both ways on warranty returns.
5.5. If any item is returned which is found not to be faulty by our technicians, then a £25 testing fee will be applied and must be received before items can be returned, return shipping cost of £26 + Vat will also need to be paid for by the 'Purchaser'
5.6. Original packaging must be kept should there be any need for returns. We cannot be responsible or held liable for damages to items returned without original packaging. Items returned damaged due to non original packing WILL NOT be refunded.
5.7. All items sold on an "Auction" DO NOT come with ANY warranty unless stated, No returns will be accepted for such items.
5.8. All items sold as "Spares & Repairs" DO NOT come with ANY warranty and are subject to "Bought as seen" with NO Warranty or Returns available - Please make sure you are aware of this limitation prior to bidding or purchase.
5.9. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
