Returns:

We operate a no hassles returns policy.  If you need to return a product, just send us an e-mail detailing the reason for the return.  Full refunds will be issued on the receipt of the returned item (make sure to include your details i.e. username or e-mail address with the package).  Unless you do a return to sender, the postage cost incurred to return the item is at the Buyers expense as the refund covers the cost of the item and the initial postage cost (where applicable) only.
