Items may be returned/exchanged (except spare parts) provided that the item(s) are returned in clean, resell-able condition with all tags, original packaging intact, subject to the discretion of Impress Tools Limited upon inspection. All returns/exchanges will be refunded MINUS the shipping cost, regardless of Free shipping at the time of purchase, unless the item is found to be faulty due to manufacturing fault then the return postage will be refunded via PayPal with Proof. The buyer is responsible for the return of the goods and track them using a reputable carrier, the cost of returning will NOT be refunded. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and in their original packaging.
