Item arrived fast and packed well for shipping. Opened box the next day and put my uv light together. Everything worked for a total of 30 seconds and then the ballast died. Contacted customer service and let them know I had a defective ballast. They responded within 24hrs and simply said that all ballast are checked before they are shipped. Worst part is I cannot find another ballast that works with this product. Will be returning product and will not deal with this company again
