• All unwanted/unsuitable purchases must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving it, we accept returns of all products sold on our shop.
• All returned item must be in unused and unopened retail packaging. If the product is not received in its original condition we will be unable to refund for it and buyer will pay the return postage.
 
• Any physical damage to the item due to user negligence will not be covered under warranty.
 
• We do require the item to be returned complete, including all accessories and any user passwords that, if left in place, would prevent us from fully testing the item. If the item is a bundle made up of multiple different components, all individual components must be returned.
 
• Any fragile items must be sent back in proper packaging covered with sufficient protections otherwise it may get damaged on its way back to us and we can’t be liable for any such damage.
 
• Return postage will be on buyer’s responsibility.
