All THE USED PARTS THAT WE HAVE LISTED ON EBAY ARE FROM OUR FORMER ELV SITE (LICENCE NUMBER EAWML65339).
 
The majority of the parts that we sell are used / second hand and are sold as such. These parts will have age related signs of wear on them but will be fully functional and fit for purpose unless otherwise stated.
 
All our items come with warranty, the warranty period will be stated on the item auction page or will be a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery.
 
We will guarantee that any item that we supply is in good working order but we can not guarantee it will cure your specific fault, it is the responsibility of the buyer to have any fault properly diagnosed and purchase the correct part to rectify it.
 
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the part they purchase is suitable for their vehicle.
 
In the event that a part we supply is found to be faulty we will exchange it for another unit or issue the buyer with a refund once the faulty part is returned to our business premises.
 
We will not be held responsible for any consequential or indirect loss claimed, or any labour costs incurred under any circumstances.
 
All our parts are security marked, no refund or exchange part will be issued if the part that is returned to us does not have our security marks on it. Any person who attempts to defraud the company buy returning parts that we did not supply will be reported to the Police and ebay.
 
Our courier will only make 2 deliver attempts of any item, if these attempts fail due to the delivery address being closed or no one being available to sign for the goods then the item will be return to the couriers depot where the buyer will have to collect item within 3 working days. If the item is not collected by the buyer it will be returned back to us and we will be charge £15 by the courier for the return, this and any further delivery costs will then have to be passed onto the buyer before any further delivery attempt can be made.
