Royal Mail will not even consider a international parcel missing until 30 working days has elapsed (15 working days for domestic) and once we have posted we have no power to speed up the postal gods. We live in a rural location and post runs are done three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays but we do try to get things out as quick as possible.
