All items are posted next day once payment has been received. Many of my items are vintage and to those who appreciate the clothing will know that not all items will be perfect. I do my best to honestly describe any faults/marks/defects. Each item is marked out of 10 and is judged upon it's defects, wear, branding and quality of material.

Shipping

All items paid for before 10pm will be posted the next working day via 2nd class recorded delivery. All items vary in weight and this dictates my postage cost. Should an item weigh more than the allowance for 2nd class recorded, it will be sent 1st class recorded which will is more expensive. The price for postage is shown in each item description. Please do not go by the official ebay postage cost calculator. 

Special Delivery

If you wish to guarantee your package arrives the following working day then please email me once auction ends and state you require Special Delivery. This is more expensive than 2nd class recorded mail but it is a guaranteed service which ensures that the package arrives before 1pm the following working day from working day posted. Please note that standard 2nd class recorded items generally do arrive within a few days and this is not a guaranteed service by the Royal Mail. I can only promise to post quickly and cannot be held responsible for the Royal Mail's service. Please note that items purchased on a Friday with Special Delivery postage are guaranteed for delivery on Monday.  The Royal Mail do provide a service for Saturday delivery for which they charge an additional fee and therefore, if you wish to have this service, please contact me on the Friday to arrange payment of the extra cost. I keep all postage receipts for 6 weeks should you need to make a claim to Royal Mail. I cannot be held responsible for any losses due to Royal Mail's service. 

Worldwide shipping offered

I am able to ship items to anywhere in the world. If the option for your country is not included on the listing, then please contact me and I will add it to the listing. Please note that all items are sent by a signed for service in order to ensure safe arrival of items and this is reflected in the shipping cost.

Combined Purchase

I offer a discount for shipping of multiple items. In order to have this discount please put all items into the shopping cart and pay with one payment; this discount should be automatically deducted. If there are any problems with this, please contact me after purchase to request the discount.

Returns Policy

I do not accept returns but in the rare event that the item is found to be 'not as described', a full refund will be given. The refund will be minus any p&p costs. Any item to be returned must be returned within 7 days of notifying me and must be in original condition sent. Any item which has been clearly worn, marked or damaged by the buyer will not be refunded. Returned items must be sent back via recorded delivery, to the address on my Paypal account.  If this is not available, please contact me to request the return details.

Payment

UK Buyers:

Auction items – to be paid for within 3 days of auction end by Paypal. I do not accept any other forms of payment, sorry!

Buyers outside UK:

Paypal is the only accepted form of payment.

Non-Payment:

If you purchase an item and have a problem making payment, please contact me as soon as possible to inform me of the situation.  I am happy to cancel a transaction for a buyer if they are unable to pay or having problems making payment - I just need to know this.
