This item is new, unless stated as used or reclaimed from a car wash machine which was dismantled. Some items have been in storeage and may feature cosmetic damage to boxes/packaging. We have no way of testing the PLCs but they normally work just fine when reconnected as they we're removed from fully operational equipment. Full testing and reprogramming is recommended before reselling. These items should only be purchased by someone who knows what they are doing with car wash machines
