Buying/Bidding:
 
Please only purchase/bid on an item if you are intending to pay.
 
This may sound obvious, but unfortunately this does happen occasionally.
 
Postage:
 
We aim to ship most items same or next working day however occasionally during peak periods this may be longer. We will notify you of any delays to dispatch.
 
Please note that Express shipping option is only available to Mainland UK. All Islands and Scottish Highlands and other remote areas are excluded (including Northern Ireland).
 
We send items via Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, Amazon FBA Service, Yodel and Other Courier Services, Our preferred delivery method is via courier, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and the customer.
 
Faulty Items:
 
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or faulty (in a way not specified in the listing), the buyer must alert us within 30 days of receipt.
 
Once the item has been returned, then we will either refund payment or replace the item.
 
We will supply a pre paid postage return label or arrange collection for larger items.
 
In the event that a buyer wishes to return an item due to changing their mind or making an error, return postage will be paid by the buyer.
