There's a few internal bubbles + some striations from age & irregularities to the surface, one of which is a vertical depression(photo #3)& another which is a pinhead sized pockmark (see photos #9 & #10)which might be the result of a burst surface bubble rather than a tiny nick to it. It illuminates very well on a light box shown in the last 3 hypnotic photos #10 #11 & #12 but I prefer it in natural light so all of the stunning iridescent subtleties can be fully appreciated! A nice sized Vandermark egg it stands 4 1/2" high & is about 3 1/4" wide with a base measuring 1 3/8" which is signed Vandermark 1976. It weighs just about 1 lb. Other photos show another superb signed & dated Vandermark weight which I had paired with this one in a glass display in my home since their acquisition. Please be sure to view the other listing as well which shows additional different photos of this weight also!”
