Warranty

We offer a 90-day return to base warranty. The warranty covers hardware malfunctions only. We do not refund your cost for returning the goods to us. When the goods have been returned, they will be inspected. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded. Unwanted or incompatible items can be returned, but we will deduct the original postage cost when refunding. Please contact us by email or phone if you have a problem, we are here to help and want to resolve all problems to the satisfaction of our clients. Excludes batteries.

Battery Warranty

Unfortunately there is no test which can test batteries and therefore batteries are not included in our warranty. We will try and indicate in our listings if the battery is holding a charge but we can not guarantee this

Collection

Due to security reasons we can not offer a collection service in person, all items will be dispatched when funds have cleared.

Payment

PayPal is our preferred method of payment we will accept cheques (please allow 5 days from receipt of cheque for cheque to clear) and bank transfer (please call for bank details). Equipment will not be released for dispatch until payment is cleared.
