This buyer abused the return process. Returned a perfect fault free fun item (a toby jug) on the basis that it was a quarter of an inch short just to avoid return postage! All my listings always have a photo of all items with a tape measure next to them. This was not a scientific item! Exact size was never crucial! Unfortunately this gentleman was an odd pod geek type character! In nearly 11 years as a seller on eBay this is the first time i have had such issues despite giving him full refund!
