Has been tested and is currently not working. It does not appear to be overwound, and the balance does move freely and will tick for a few seconds when you jump start it. Hands adjust no problem, as well. Exterior shows light wear from use and storage, including light marks, scratches, light scratches over the crystal, and light soiling on the dial. No band is included. A very collectible watch!”
