We will gladly replace any faulty goods or item broken in transit once the item is returned to us. If a replacement is not available, we will refund. Return postage for damaged goods is also refunded. Also under the distance seller act, we offer a full refund if you change your mind and return the item to us within 7 days of receipt. The item needs to still be in perfect condition and in it’s original packaging, so that it is suitable for re-sale. (Buyer pays return postage) Sorry, but we are not able to offer refunds on items that have been used, or are returned without their packaging.
