Please read the following before you bid on or buy any of our items, so that you are clear as to our terms of sale. We aim to answer any queries within 24 hours

PAYMENT & DISPATCH

All payments must be made by PayPal

Items cannot be collected in person.

We generally ship on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Anything paid for by 9am on the day of shipping will be included. Thereafter it will be included in the next posting day. Occasionally, these days may change, but we always ship twice a week unless our holiday settings state otherwise.

POSTAGE

Our postage and packaging costs are designed to be fair.

To reduce cost we use some recycled packaging and send by the cheapest carrier.

All items are sent via a tracking and/or signature-required service. We will not, under any circumstances, send any items by a service that does not have proof of delivery

If you have a query about our postage charge, please contact us before buying.

INTERNATIONAL

We will ship most items worldwide – there are rare occasions that international postage is not available due to the nature of the item and this will be stated on the listing.

Items weighing over 2kgs will need to be shipped via a courier – if this is the case, please contact us for a quote before buying or bidding.

All Overseas buyers are responsible for checking their countries import laws and for any import duties and taxes levied.

SHIPPING VIA COURIER

Items over a certain size or weight will need to be shipped via a courier. Our prices shown are for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland only. For any other parts of the UK please request a price before buying, as our usual courier may not deliver there.

In addition for delivery to postcodes beginning IM, HS and ZE an additional charge of £2 to the postage cost will apply.

If the item is faulty or not as described, please return with original packaging (where included) and we will refund you in full, along with the return postage.
