I am very committed to the eBay community and want to ensure my dealings meet the standards I would expect from others.
 
All items come from a pet and smoke free home.
 
CLOTHING: vintage means pre-worn / pre-loved. By recycling such items we are helping our countries carbon footprint and doing our bit for the environment as tiny as it maybe. Sometimes with vintage items there is natural wear to garments due to there age such as clicks, slubs, rubbing bobbling etc. I will call out any major condition issues, but these former conditions should be presumed unless otherwise noted. Any major flaws will be listed in the description or shown in the photographs. Also some modern pre-worn / pre-loved clothing can have the same, again I will point out. . Any accessories in any of my listing pictures such as belts jewellery bra’s tops etc are not included in the auction, just the item in the title, all auctions will be for one item only.

They may commonly have the type of wear and typical use over the years that you would associate with a vintage/used piece. This includes but not limited to: light scratching, scuffing, minor edge bruising, some light finish wear. I will call out any major condition issues, but these former conditions should be presumed unless otherwise noted, Any major flaws will be listed in the description or shown in the photographs. Also some modern pre-worn / pre-loved handbags/belts can have the same, again I will point out.. My item or items where clothing or underwear is concerned have not been worn as an undergarment and will be laundered to eBay’s rules and regulations and also to the manufactures instructions before shipping, this does NOT apply to knickers as all knickers will always be new and unused therefore do not require laundering. Items will be nicely wrapped in acid free tissue

I pay immediately for the goods I purchase and I would hope to receive the same courtesy from other ebayers. PayPal is my means of payment. I do not charge extra for using PayPal.
 
IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED AFTER 8 DAYS AN UNPAID ITEMS CASE WILL BE OPENED. So please be aware of this
 
PICTURES/PHOTO’S please look at all the photograghs as any major defects will be shown.
 
Please check the measurements or sizes of the item or items before purchasing (where applicable) as photos can sometimes be deceiving.
 
Please ask questions: I try to describe items as fully as possible, but if you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me via the eBay "contact seller" link
 
Dispatch: I aim to post with in 1 working days maximum (normally same day if before 2pm) of received cleared payment. I will email buyers so you know when the parcel is on its way. Parcels are wrapped with great care, with tissue paper and a strong mailing bag or envelope, some cases they will be boxed.
 
UK Postage: I will not over charge on postage, I use the Royal Mail web site for postage prices and allow a small amount for postage costs such as mailing bags, bubble wrap, etc. All items will be sent 1st class standard Royal Mail unless stated otherwise in the listing as sometimes a courier may be required.
 
International Postage: I post via Small Air Packet for international sales, Small Air Packets do not have a tracking number, if you would like your parcel tracked PLEASE REQUEST SO BEFORE PAYMENT via eBay messaging as tracked parcels are more expensive to post and the postage cost will require amending to accommodate the increase in price.
 
Multiple purchases: Where appropriate, I will always revise the postage cost for multiple purchases, please wait for me to send an invoice where I will have amended the postage costs, however you must let me know if you are bidding on another item and you want to wait. Otherwise I will assume you want items as quickly as possible unless advised otherwise.
 
Refunds: I aim to provide the highest levels of quality and service. If I do make a mistake, please let me know and I will do all I can to put things right. You may return this item within 14 days of receipt, all I ask is that it remains unused and in the condition in which it was sent. I do require that you pay the postage costs if you decide to return the item.
 
Feed back if there should be a problem, please contact me as soon as possible – I don’t bite. I would never sell anything that I would not be happy to receive, but mistakes do happen and I would rather try to put things right rather than hear first through negative or neutral feedback. I will always give 100% feedback to those who give it to me.
