POSTAGE - ROYAL MAIL

We offer combined postage for multiple purchases paid for in one transaction. To benefit from this you may need to request total at checkout as the ebay update has deleted the combined & maximum postage facility at the checkout process.

POSTAGE - COURIER

Postage costs for Courier Service is per order, not per item, regardless of size or weight of parcel.

POSTAGE - NEXT DAY DELIVERY

If you select the next day delivery option we shall send your order by either Courier or Royal Mail Tracked 24 depending on destination as most Couriers do not collect same day as booked and this may delay your order in reaching destination.

DISPATCH

We dispatch within 24 hours of orders received on a working day. Royal Mail and Couriers do not class Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays as a working day. Orders received before 1400hrs on a working day are dispatched same day.

PAYMENT

All orders to be paid within 5 days of purchase. Automatic reminders are sent on the 2nd day. If an item is not paid by the 5th day an unpaid item dispute is opened and once payment has been received this is automatically closed.

We can only accept Paypal payments for overseas transactions.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order before payment has been made please contact us and we will cancel the order for you. We are unable to cancel orders after an unpaid item dispute has been opened.

RETURNS

Please contact us prior to returning any goods. Any returned items will need to be in the condition received, with all labels attached and where applicable, seals unbroken. Buyer is responsible for the return postage costs unless an item is damaged during transit (photographic evidence will be required for our records).

We recommend you get proof of postage for items being returned as we cannot be held responsible should any returned item go missing in the postal system.
