We operate a no hassles returns policy. If you need to return a product, just send us an e-mail detailing the reason for the return. Unless you do a return to sender, the postage cost incurred to return the item is at the Buyers expense as the refund covers the cost of the item and the initial postage cost (where applicable) only.
