INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE Items are posted by Airmail Small Packets as standard. This a standard air service with Royal Mail. Delivery is from 3 working days to Europe and from 6 working days to the Rest of the World. Delivery to Europe can take up to 20 working days and delivery to the rest of the world can take up to 25 working days. Therefore please allow approximately 4 to 5 weeks for delivery. Usually parcels don't take quite this long however delays can sometimes occur due to adverse weather conditions on route or due to customs checks. All of this is out of my control. However if you have not recieved your item after 5 weeks please let me know so that I can send you a replacement. Royal Mail also have a service called International-Signed-For. This service means your order is handled as a priority package. Delivery should be a bit quicker than Airmail Small Packets and a Signature is required on delivery to ensure that the packet is delivered to the addresse. This service is an additional £6.00 per packet. Maximum dimensions for all international packets with royal mail is l x w x d = no more than 90cm. I will try to fit as much as possible in one packet, however multiple packet consignments are not possible so if you require this service the fee is £6.00 per packet. CHRISTMAS POSTING 14/12/11 PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE ORDERING CHRISTMAS PRESENTS Extra christmas mail has been holding up the post for a couple of weeks now. I would now strongly recommend against selecting 2nd class postage for items needed for Christmas day. We are now 10 days before the last available delivery day before Christmas. 1st class post should get through for next week, however this is not guaranteed. If you want your order sent by SPECIAL DELIVERY OR NEXT DAY COURIER, I am happy to provide a quote on listings where this postage information is not provided. I can use City Link 24 hour service monday to friday service. However there is an announcement from City Link stating that orders dispatched after Tuesday 20th December will not be guaranteed and that delivery times are weather permitting. BBC weather is forcasting strong winds, flooding and possible heavy snow in the coming fornight. Looking back at last year, the weather really did hold up the post and Royal Mail were no longer able to guarantee Special Delivery items due to safety reasons. Therefore I advise that you order and pay straight away if your order is for Christmas and also leave a note in paypal stating that it is an urgent order for Christmas so that I can be aware to post as soon as possible. I would also now say that it is unlikely that items needed for Christmas would arrive at International destinations in time. Although it is possible, if you wish to order this is at your own risk. Should items arrive late after Christmas returns are welcome if items are no longer needed, however I will only refund the item cost, not the postage costs and return postage will be at your own expense. ROYAL MAIL PRICE CHANGES APRIL 2012 2/4/12 All customers please note Royal Mail have a number of changes happening this month. Royal Mail are changing their price bands and so all packets between 0-750g will be charged at the same price. There will also be some steep increases in International postage prices which will be introduced at the end of the month. I strongly advise to buy early to take advantage before the prices increase later this month. Please note that I will be shortly changing my postage prices in line with these price increases. When leaving feedback please understand I am still offering the best possible postage and packaging prices. UK Recorded delivery is now £1 per parcel. My return policy has been applied due to an increase in exchanges and to save time answering your return questions. I am no longer able to refund postage costs unless a returned item is faulty. Please contact me if you need measurements prior to ordering to avoid ordering the wrong size.
Please contact within 7 days of reciept to return. All items must be in brand new condition, in their original packaging. Please repack items as recieved. All items must be repacked in suitable protective packaging to avoid damage. In most cases the original packaging can be recycled. You should obtain a certificate of posting or use a tracked service so that you can claim compensation from Royal Mail in the event of loss or damage in the post. I will not be held responsible for lost ror delayed returns.
Returned items should be returned promptly. Any returned item recieved more than 6 weeks or 42 days after the original purchase date will incur a late return fee of 13% to be deducted from the refund.
Please check sizes prior to ordering to avoid exchanges. In the event that you need a different size you may exchange in 2 ways;
1. Re-order the new size in the usual way through ebay. Your item will be dispatched within 2 working days. Please return the incorrect size item for a refund.
2. Request an exchange. The new size item can only be dispatched after the original item have been safely returned.
The buyer is to cover the cost of postage to return. On reciept of returned goods you will be refunded the sale price within 48 hours. (Refund excludes postage and packaging costs.) If goods are not recieved in an acceptable condition for re-sale for example an item is stained or shows wear, I reserve the right to refuse to refund or offer a partial refund. Therefore please handle with care when trying on items and only try on shoes on clean floors.
Please inspect your goods on arrival. If you find that your item is faulty please report this to me immediately. Where returned goods prove to have a manufaturers fault, I will cover the postage costs for the faulty item and replace or refund as appropriate. |
