Terms and conditions of the sale
1. Payment Options.
 
1a. If your payment is received before 2pm Monday to Friday, your item(s) will be posted on the same day. If payment is received after 2pm, your item(s) will be posted the next working day.
 
1b. All payments received on Saturday or Sunday; will have items shipped on Monday (except bank holiday).
 
1c. Payment can be accepted through Paypal and we will not pass on paypal charges to you.
 
2. Dispatch & Shipping Information.
 
2a. Once payment has been received your item(s) will be securely and safely packed and shipped using one of the following shipping options:
 
2b. Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class and Recorded Delivery items: Usually arrive within one to two working days after dispatch, however it can take up to 15 working days for them to arrive.
 
2c. We kindly ask that you wait until 15 working days before contacting us if you have not received your order, as delays with the postal service can sometimes occur.
 
2d. Special Delivery items: Should arrive the next working day before 1pm and are insured up to £550 for lost or damaged items.
 
2e. Royal Mail International Signed for items: Usually arrive between 10 and 14 working days, however it can take up to 28 working days for them to arrive depending on your location in the world.
 
2f. All shipping methods will require a signature upon delivery (except 1st and 2nd class standard post).
 
2g. If the parcel is not signed for upon delivery, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail collection office and a re-delivery/collection card will be left at your address.
 
2h. If it is not collected from your local Royal Mail collection office within 18 calandar days, it will then be returned back to us. After that you will incur any extra postage costs for re-delivery.
 
3. Feedback
 
3a. Feedback is an important part of a transaction. We will always leave positive feedback for buyers who have left us similar positive feedback with 5 star DSR ratings.
 
3b. This system is automated as we no longer leave feedback manually, due to the amount of buyers who do not leave feedback.
 
3c. In order for us to leave positive feedback for you; after receiving your item, simply leave us positive feedback and we will do the same for you immediately, updating your feedback score.
 
3d. If there is a problem with your item, we urge you to contact us via the ebay message system.
