Terms and conditions of the sale
We provide tracking information to all our listings. Buyer is responsible for tracking his purchase. If item is returned to us in case of providing wrong address, no one present ant the address or not contacting the courier regarding re-delivery options, buyer will have to pay administration and re-delivery charge of £10+VAT. If buyer will not contact us or will not pay re-delivery charges item will be disposed after 14 days.
DELIVERY:
1. Under no circumstances will claims be accepted for damaged, missing goods if not signed as damaged or missing to the courier driver.
2. If items are missing or damaged you need to inform us no later then 24h after receiving your goods.
3. Custom made products are excluded from refund policy.
4. In case of damage custom made product needs to be returned to us for replacement.
5. Buyer is responsible for sending damaged product on own cost if item was signed as undamaged on delivery.
6. Buyer is responsible for checking the product for damages before signing to the courier driver.
 
CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS:
definition: Custom made product such as but not limited to:
- PVC banners,poster,roll-up banners,A-boards with graphics etc. where buyer is responsible to provide own artwork
1. Seller not responsible for artwork quality or sizes or spelling mistakes.
2. Buyer is responsible to provide his artwork in reasonable time scale which means up to 7 days from purchase date.
3. If artwork is not provided within 7 days of purchase and Buyer will decide to cancel his order there will be 10% administration fee as Seller needs to create Credit Note for tax purposes.
4. We can not guarantee exact colour match to your artwork. Our machine is CMYK printer and colours will be as close as possible to Buyers artwork.
RETURN:
1. We offer 30 days return.
2. Buyer is responsible for return postage.
3. We will refund full price minus postage costs.
4. we will refund full price with postage costs if item was faulty.
5. Buyer needs to provide photographic evidence of damages.
