I will combine postage for multiple items. Please pay within three days of purchase/winning bid. If more time is required please let me know when you intend to pay, to avoid me chasing payment. If the combined value of items is over £46 pounds I will need to use an enhanced delivery service for insurance purposes or possibly send items in more than one package which may affect the amount of postage discount, if any, I can offer.

Please leave feedback once the item has been received so I know it has turned up. I always aim to dispatch the day after payment though I will have dispatched within 3 working days unless otherwise stated or informed due to unforeseen circumstances. Please consider the dispatch date rather than delivery time in feedback, sadly I don’t have any control over the post either nationally or internationally! I will mark the item as dispatched on the day I send it. Please allow up to 15 working days in the UK, 20 working days for delivery inside Europe or 25 working days for those outside Europe. Whilst most items will turn up a day or two after dispatch in the UK, or within a few days to a week further afield, I am unable to chase Royal mail before the number of days mentioned.

If you have an issue with the item when it arrives, such as it has been damaged in transit or a new and sealed item which is incomplete on opening, please contact me in the first instance so I can deal with it by either refunding or replacing it if possible. I may need you to return the item, in which case I will also refund any reasonable cost of return, please contact me before doing so or I will not refund this cost.
