Normal wear to the front cover with light creases and bends. Very nice complete spine. Back cover is slightly soiled. There is a 1" piece off the turning edge of back cover and a water stain on the bottom edge. Tanned interior pages. The pages don't seem to be too brittle. Carefully see scans for a visual condition of this pulp. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about the condition of this item before purchasing. Thank you”
