Return policy

Returning an item you have purchased by mistake:

You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier. We will refund the total cost of the goods, minus a restocking charge when we receive the goods back in a resalable condition.

Returning an item that is faulty:

If we have supplied an item that is faulty or goes faulty in the first 30 days of receipt we will supply you with a returns form and we will arrange for the return of the goods. Should we or the manufacturer of the good are satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or issue you with a full refund.

Returning an item that we have supplied incorrectly:

If we have supplied an item incorrectly we will arrange for the return of the goods and have the correct item sent out at the same time. A returns form will still be emailed to you which you need to fill in and send it back with the goods that are being returned.
