PACKAGING

All my items are packaged to a high standard using recycled polystyrene and bubble wrap, even newapaper sometimes. I also use recycled boxes for some items, but most of the time they are new. The cost of these materials are included in postage and packing charges.

POSTAGE

I always obtain a certificate of posting and will assist in making a claim against Royal Mail for items that do not arrive or that are damaged in transit - and I cannot be held responsible for this. Overseas buyers must contact me before bidding on items so that correct postal prices can be given when exact destination is known.
