We picked up this 82 YZ490 as a basket case. Its all there in a disassembled state. We made no attempt to assemble other than to verify the shock has dampening, bushings and bearings are tight. Text questions to 715.370.6671. I want to help, but am not a 24-7 hotline. I have plenty to do. Used Parts came off my 82 YZ490. If you are buying parts for a different year or a 250, it wouldn’t hurt to check part numbers before buying. I don’t guarantee that they fit other than 1982 YZ490. I don’t clean up parts. You see them as I took them off. They may be dirty, but there is nothing worse than getting what looks like a pristine part and finding out the seller “touched up” or that it leaks. You see what I see. If you want new parts, go to a dealer. These are used. I want 100% positive feedback, so be diligent when looking and ask about parts. I’m not a department store.
