All goods sold by us,wherever possible have been tested and checked before sale and cross referenced to make sure they are fit for the purpose and the application (i.e Model number).If a part or parts have been bought in error or the application which they have been bought for has been mis-diagnosed then we will not accept any returns.Please note that in the case of spare parts that they are used,unless otherwise stated and as such,may or may not show signs of wear and tear,but they will be in working condition.
Parts will be packed and dispatched in used boxes wherever possible in such a way that they should not sustain any damage.
It is the buyers responsibility to check model numbers to ensure that the correct part is purchased and to read the listing thoroughly,any questions or help will be answered.
Postage and delivery.
Where free postage is displayed it will be by Hermes(courier)or any other courier of our choice,in the case of Hermes if your order is received after our 11am deadline for same day dispatch,then your order will be packed the following working day and dispatched the next working day after,Eg if your order is placed on thursday after 11am then it will be packed on friday and dispatched on the following Monday.Working days exclude weekends.If you require your item quicker then there are other postage options that are not free.Wherever it is not stated then free postage is not same day dispatch,same day dispatch only applies to higher rate postage that is paid for.
