We cannot be held responsible for any item that is late delivery or lost in transit as long as there is a tracking number provided.

If you are left a missed delivery card by the currier it is YOUR OWN responsibility to arrange for a redelivery.

Any item lost in transit without a tracking number will not be issued a refund until we are satisfied the item is lost and we have made reasonable attempts to receive the item back this can take up to 30 days
