    This listing is for an Antique Duo Tea Cup & Saucer By Ridgway Made in England c.1850 Dimensions Cup Top Diameter ~ 9.3 cm (35/8") Saucer Diameter ~ 14.5 cm (55/8") Description Based on shape, pattern and pattern number, I have attributed this stunning Duo to Ridgway. The rich luscious cobalt blue border with 'lace' gilding and shell motifs frames a very pretty central hand painted floral display in basket. A stunning addition to you teaware collection.     Lovely collector's 2 piece antique early Victorian cup and saucer duo featuring dish style tea cup and saucer, (with no well, as per period), PLUS 8¼ " Cake Plate. The cup has a fine decorative handle, scalloped rims with line and rim gilding with gilded central "star" motive, to bottom of cup interior, finished with a narrow banding of decorative gilding to the exterior.
