This is a BMW Isetta 300, apparently build in 1959 in Brighton under licence from BMW Germany and with that, being an early model, it is a LHD car. (We are not sure if that is correct but that is what we were told when we bought the car).

It is unusual as it had a genuine Austin body out of the factory instead of being exported as a chassis only. It has a 4 speed 'box, rear wheel brakes, carriage door handles, and original CAV lighting.
