Nike Golf Clubs

Nike golf clubs come in a huge range of styles, shapes and sizes. The golf club you choose will depend on the course that you are playing on, the type of shot that you need to make and your own personal preference.

Nike Woods

Nike Woods are the clubs that propel the golf ball the furthest. They can hit the ball anywhere between 200 and 400 yards when used in the right situation. Woods are usually made out of metal and this can include titanium and even steel. The head of the golf club is large and rounded, and it usually has a flat bottom so that it can glide over the course at the right angle. Drivers are the least lofted and are usually designed to hit the ball the furthest. As you escalate in number, the woods become more and more lofted.

Nike Irons

Nike irons are made out of metal. Irons possess a much higher degree of loft when compared to the woods and the 9 iron has the most. The 1 iron has the least loft and they can hit the ball the furthest. Short irons include the 7, 8 and 9 and these can get the ball into the air very quickly due to the amount of loft that it can offer. 1 and 2 irons are usually the most difficult to master.

Nike Wedges

The wedge is used to hit the ball high into the air. Wedges are much more lofted when compared to irons and woods. The loft can also be as high as 64 degrees. Golfers usually choose to use the sand wedge to try and escape bunkers and sandy terrain. Wedges also require some level of skill to master and can be difficult for beginners to use efficiently.
