Manfrotto Tripod Heads For Cameras

There are several different types of Manfrotto tripod heads for cameras. One example of these is the Manfrotto 460Mg three-way tripod head, which is of sturdy all-metal construction. It is made of a magnesium casting which is actually lighter in weight than aluminium and is also stronger. This head can be turned through more than 90° which allows for flexible positioning of the camera and framing options.

Another of the Manfrotto tripod heads for cameras is the Manfrotto 391RC2 Photo/Video Pan and Tilt Head, one of its main features is that it pans and tilts through 90°.

Manfrotto 234RC Tripod Tilt Head

Also among the range of Manfrotto tripod heads for cameras is the Manfrotto 234RC Tripod Tilt Head. This is a simple tilt head allowing a camera on a monopod or tripod to be turned through 90° so that the camera can take pictures in portrait or landscape mode. The 234RC has a quick release camera plate system together with a secondary safety lock plate.

Also available is the genuine Manfrotto 322RC2 Heavy Duty Grip Joystick Head which can support a load of up to 11lbs. This is a tripod head that allows you to unblock, move, position the camera and lock it all with one hand in one position thanks to the revolutionary design of the grip handle which incorporates the ball lock lever. This head has a friction control wheel which lets you regulate the power of the blocking mechanism to match the weight of your camera. It also has a quick release camera plate with a standard ¼" thread, and a built in bubble spirit level. It is also made of magnesium for extra lightweight.

Another ball head is the Manfrotto MHXPRO-BHQ2 X PRO Ball Head with 200PL quick release system. This head weighs in at 1.1lbs and can carry a load of up to 22lbs. It has separate knobs for the tilt and the panning functions, and another knob for friction control, along with a bubble spirit level.
