Own a piece of Kanye West/adidas history with the YEEZY Boost 750 OG. It was the first shoe West released in partnership with adidas after leaving Nike in 2013. With its distinctive high-top design and side-zip closure, this model is unlike any of the Yeezy shoes that followed. The OG 750 Light Brown model debuted in February 2015 in the US.

adidas Yeezy 750 OG materials

The 750 OG is one of Kane West's most restrained and refined designs for adidas. The all-suede uppers create a luxurious vibe, while the twill midfoot strap and chunky laces add a stylish edge. In the midsoles, a layer of Boost foam provides soft cushioning for comfortable walking. The outsoles are made with rubber. Unlike West's later adidas collaborations, they don't feature a herringbone pattern. Instead, the forefoot has small perforations. The rest of the outsole features raised ridges that wrap up around the outside of the midsole.

Design of the adidas Yeezy 750 OG Light Brown

The Yeezy 750 features a high-top design. West's signature midfoot strap makes an appearance; on the 750, it features a wide width and a contrast tip. The only branding elements — a subtle take on the adidas three-stripe design — are located on the underside of this strap.

A padded vertical channel runs up each side; on the lateral side, this channel hides the zipper. There's a hook-and-loop fastener tab at the top to conceal the zipper pull. You'll also find light padding on the rear half of the collar for comfort. Perforated toes and a ribbed foam sole offer a pop of athletic style.
