A Glance at Air Jordan Team Shoes
As part of the Jordan .5 performance series, the Air Jordan 16.5 takes design elements from the trainer before and after its debut. Released in 2009, the Air Jordan Blue blends components of the AJ16 and the AJ17. Besides a patent leather toe cap and dual lacing system, it features a Zoom Air unit and a Phylon midsole. The rubber outsole takes its design cue from the AJ17, which is said to come from one of MJ's favourite golf courses. A nylon strap inside the shoe provides additional lockdown support.
