Released in 2019 to celebrate Black History Month, this iteration used unique colours and prints to symbolize Afrofuturism in sports. Like other shoes in this series, the upper fuses multiple materials, with synthetic overlays accenting breathable mesh netting on the toe box and vamp. A ghillie lace closure and pull tabs on the tongue exterior and heel counter contribute to optimal lockdown. Differing patterns and textures define the ankle, collar, and heel counter, deepening visual texture. The letters "BHM" grace the left interior ankle. Zoom Air provides responsive cushioning.
