Jordan Melo 5.5 Releases a Low-Top Version
A low-top version of Carmelo Anthony’s second signature shoe with the Jordan Brand was introduced in 2006. Sticking to the theme of remixing vintage Air Jordan designs to create a modern silhouette, the Jordan Melo 5.5 is a combination of the original Air Jordan 5 and the Air Jordan 6. Nicknamed Orange Blaze, this colourway features white, Metallic Silver, Orange Blaze, and Midnight Navy hues. The upper consists of leather panelling incorporated with perforated windows for increased breathability. Details include a reflective tongue and orange accents throughout the shoe. Air-Sole technology is utilized within the forefoot and visible heel. It also features a translucent outsole with a scripted "Melo" typeface and multidirectional patterned lines for added traction.
