Air Jordan Flight 23 certainly caused quite a splash when it originally burst onto the scene back in early 2008. These trainers took their design inspiration from legendary predecessor Air Jordan 4 and the lesser-known Air Jordan Big Fund. The lacing system and midsole resemble that of the Air Jordan 4, especially in how the mesh upper reduces overall weight. The back of the shoe, on the other hand, is templated largely on the Air Jordan Big Fund, particularly the design of the rear design of the rubber outsole. Unlike most incarnations of these other shoes, however, the Air Jordan Flight 23 features a rather high and prominent collar designed to stabilize your ankle. Also, the Visible Air technology around the heel also generates added comfort. The stylish white colourway, rounded off with bits of black, gives the shoe an eye-catching look.
