Jordan Air Incline Gray University Blue

Released in 2014 as part of a new series of hybrid lifestyle/basketball shoes from Nike, the Jordan Air Incline Gray University Blue brings MJ's days as a Tar Heel into full view on the street. Both the midfoot and heel on each side of these Jordan Inclines are made of a perforated mesh that produces a jersey-like look. A series of lace holes outside of the tongue gives the silhouette a more imposing profile, and a pair of Jumpman shadows are set into University Blue inserts on each side of the heel. The midfoot's texture smoothest down considerably on the sides in the front of the arch and near the toes. Just below the aforementioned university-blue insert on the heel sits a signature Nike air pocket for extra cushioning along the outer edges of the heel, and silver framing along the bottom completes the look.
