A Closer Look at the Jordan Melo 5.5
Jordan Melo 5.5 is the second signature shoe in the Air Melo lineup. Nicknamed "Carmelo Anthony Ko Entertainment," these kicks designed for the 2005-2006 season unmistakably are a fusion of the original Air Jordans 5 and 6. The classic model integrates a modern look by placing the AJ5 inspiration on the heel and toebox, while the outsole and midfoot overlay are direct references to the OG Air Jordan 6. The mostly black shoe is accented with orange along the outsole, inner, and detailing on the heel and sidewall. Construction consists of a leather upper and AirSole technology. Pill-shaped eyelets match the perforated breathability units coupled with a basketball print design at the toe and felt-like fabric at the heel.
