Gazebos
Gazebos are always a useful accessory for your garden party, barbeque, camping adventure and more, and they are perfect for giving you a bit of shade on a sunny day or shelter on a windy, rainy winters day. There is a wide variety of different gazebos so no matter what you have in mind, you can find a gazebo to liven up your event or garden look.
There are two ways to build a portable gazebo. The first is by attaching it to a wall, which gives the structure a base to lean onto. The second is by building it as a freestanding structure. They are usually found in the following four shapes: octagonal, rectangular, hexagonal and round.
Features
The most common types of gazebos are pop up, heavy duty and waterproof. The pop up version is the standard type of gazebo and is usually made of plastic. They provide basic shelter and are ideal for sunny weather and light wind. If you are planning on using a gazebo for a BBQ in the back garden, this is a great choice.
Waterproof gazebos are ideal for spring, summer and autumn. They will keep you protected from the scorching sun as well as rough rain and are more stable than pop up gazebos.
Heavy Duty gazebos are more stable and robust than the average structure. They are able to handle weather from the summer season all the way through to late autumn. Heavy duty gazebos are usually made of steel, compact steel or metal.
Size
The size of the structure, as well as the shape, are two of the most important features to consider when buying a gazebo. Gazebo sizes range between 7x7 and 14x22. It is worth checking the parameter of your garden or the space you wish to place it in before making a final decision.
