Breathable fishing waders
Breathable fishing waders keep water out but let moisture from the body escape. They're usually made from several layers of breathable, lightweight fabric (often GORE-TEX®) that wick sweat away from the body for maximum comfort. While totally waterproof, breathable fishing waders don't offer the same levels of thermal insulating properties as non-breathable fishing waders.

Thermal insulated non-breathable fishing waders can be made from nylon, PVC or, more commonly nowadays, neoprene. Neoprene has excellent insulating properties, so it's perfect for cold conditions. Available in different thicknesses to suit different fishing conditions, neoprene is durable and long lasting.
Thermal insulated thigh, waist or chest waders
Different types of thermal insulated waders suit different needs. Thigh waders are a lightweight and budget friendly option. Chest waders offer maximum protection and comfort. Waist waders combine the flexibility of thigh waders with the comfort of chest waders.
