The necessary small print - but we like to keep it as simple as possible, and it couldn't be easier ordering from us.
 
All items are sold in accordance with these terms and conditions, and when you make your payment you are accepting them. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
TITLE OF GOODS
 
We retain ownership of all goods at all times until cleared payment is received at our bank. If your payment is refunded for any reason we immediately regain title to the goods. Goods must be returned to us before refunds can be issued. Please read the section on returns below.
 
NOTE: In the event that your item is not delivered for any reason, once we have negotiated with the carriers and discovered the reason for non-delivery we will offer to send you a replacement.
 
If you have not received your item or you have been informed by ourselves or the carriers that the item has not been damaged, once we have confirmed this with the carriers we will offer you a replacement. You are free to open a claim on eBay in the meantime, HOWEVER, if you open a claim on eBay or PayPal the above condition applies, and title for the goods is immediately returned to us and we can not send you a replacement. This is because that in the event of a claim eBay/PayPal immediately withhold the funds from us and as such we will be unable to send you a replacement as the funds are not considered to have cleared. Your payment will of course be refunded upon completion of the carrier's investigations and, subject to availability, you will be able to reorder in most cases.

PAYMENT and PRICING.
 
The price you see is the price you pay - no hidden extras here! Your credit/debit card details are only used by our payment processors for the purpose of payment and are NOT seen or retained by us. None of your details are passed on to any other third party for any reason, ever. We are happy to accept cheques, postal orders and bank transfers too - please ask for details.
 
DELIVERY.
 
We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of purchase, not including weekends or bank holidays but we do get very busy at times so please allow seven working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) before enquiring about an undelivered item (21 days for overseas buyers).
 
Note that 1-day and First Class delivery times are given for the next working day following dispatch. 1st Class and Tracked 24 services are not guaranteed next day delivery services.
 
Orders purchased and paid for by 2 p.m. will usually be dispatched same day (weekdays only) but this is not a guaranteed service. Therefore please allow 1 working day handling time. same day (weekdays only), however collection times for UPS 1-Day may be earlier and is beyond our control.
 
Do be aware that on occasion deliveries may be delayed for various reasons beyond our control. Therefore delivery times quoted are an estimate and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to use alternative carriers than those shown as deemed necessary for any reason. We will always try to use an equivalent service where possible. We can not provide shipping refunds for items that arrive after the expected date as this is completely beyond our control.
 
Multiple item orders will be combined in the same parcel where possible unless you advise otherwise within one hour of the time of purchase. If you want items to be sent separately additional postage fees may apply (we will invoice you via PayPal where applicable), and you must contact us prior to purchasing to discuss this as goods will not be dispatched until all fees have been paid in full.
 
An example of an occasion where this might apply is where free postage is offered for a single item, a larger number of items can often lead to a much higher shipping cost due to the size and/or weight of the items.
 
Generally, if you do not respond to a request for additional postage fees incurred within 24 hours of purchase then items will be sent in the same parcel without further notice to you. Do be aware that all orders can only be sent to the address specified on your order and this can not be changed after purchase for any reason.
 
IMPORTANT TERMS FOR SIM CARDS
 
Sim cards are offered on the strict understanding that they will be used in accordance with the network's terms and conditions. Sim cards are offered for sale for personal use only and it is assumed that they will be topped up in accordance with the networks terms. Sim cards should not be ordered if you do not intend to top up, or for any other purpose. Initial top up MUST be made within 30 days of purchase as most sim cards have a network expiry date if not activated, and the expiry date is not always shown by the network. As such, we can not guarantee sim cards after 30 days if they have been cut off or deactivated by the network.
 
Sim cards must not be used for tracking devices or similar applications and are not available to purchase for this purpose.
 
A maximum of 2 sim cards per person and/or household per year is the limit you can order, regardless of network. Orders must be made in one transaction as we can not accept repeat orders. In particular trade sellers should be aware that sim cards are not available for, and not to be purchased for, resale unless you have a specific agreement with us permitting you to do so. We reserve the right to cancel sim card orders without warning or notice.
 
Network terms are a legal requirement so please do not abuse these conditions and do not purchase sim cards if you do not intend to use them as stated above.
 
RETURNS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ.
 
UK & Ireland buyers can enjoy a 30-day returns policy for most items*. If you are not happy with the goods simply return them unused and we will refund you or exchange them for a different item. Goods MUST be unused and complete, returned in original undamaged packaging, with all accessories and received within 7 days of your notification of intention to return.
 
* PLEASE CONTACT US IN ALL CASES IF YOU WISH TO RETURN AN ITEM SO WE CAN ISSUE YOU WITH AN RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORISATION) CODE.
 
We regret we can not refund any return P&P costs, or outgoing P&P costs for extras such as 1st Class, Recorded or Special Delivery, or International postage. This is a necessary additional expense charged by the carriers.
 
We are unable to accept returns for new items of the packaging has been opened and/or damaged. This is because this devalues the item as we can not legally resell the item as a new item once any retail packaging has been opened and/or seals have been broken. Obviously we are not expected to make a loss on the items we sell, and you would not be happy if we sold you an item as a new item that had been previously opened.
 
IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to refuse to accept any items that have been used. If a used item is accepted at our discretion the maximum we can offer is 50% of the original value. This is because we are not allowed by law to resell it as new. The average resale price of a used item in 2019 of the type we sell was around 38% so we are offering as much as we reasonably can, but you should be aware of this before returning items.
 
For all items, we can not issue a refund until the item has been returned to us unless we have informed you otherwise in writing, and we reserve the right to take legal action without further notice if you instigate any action which may lead to eBay, PayPal or your bank/card issuer refunding your payment before the item has been returned to us and your refund has been approved. We also retain title of the goods where any payment is outstanding.
 
Postage costs for returning items are the responsibility of the buyer. We will refund standard postage costs at our discretion where the goods are found to be damaged or faulty upon inspection by us. Damage or breakages for items while in the customer's possession, until they are safely returned to us, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
 
Claiming a full refund for a used or damaged item is illegal. If a full refund is claimed via eBay, Paypal or any other method and you are not entitled to a full refund as part of the above terms your right to any refund will be voided and we reserve the right to recover any losses, through legal action if necessary. Therefore please do not abuse the system. This increases costs for sellers and prices for everybody.
 
POSTAGE COSTS - For most items, standard ("Economy) outgoing UK postage is included in the price ("Free Shipping"). Upgrades such as 1st Classed Tracked, Special Delivery/UPS 1-Day and International shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
STOCK - All items are in stock unless otherwise stated, please order with confidence!
 
GUARANTEE - All items are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SIM CARDS which are guaranteed for 30 days. This is because most sim cards have a network expiry date which is not provided to us by the network. As such you MUST activate or top up the sim card within 30 days of the date of purchase. Should your sim develop a fault at any time, the network will usually exchange it free of charge. Please refer to the 'Your Warranty' page on our site or details supplied with your order for full warranty details. If there is any discrepancy, the terms shown on our website will always take precedence. You MUST complete the Warranty Claim Form on our website for ALL warranty claims, regardless of whether the purcahse was made on ebay or on the website. Time limits for reporting faults apply so please familiarise yourself with those terms which you can find at https://1stmobile.uk/pages/your-warranty.
 
The Warranty Claim Form is at the foot of the "Your Warranty" page.
 
For general guidance we follow the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Generally we will repair, replace or refund faulty items up to one year from the date of purchase, and where stated for up to two years against manufacturing defects. This applies to the main item listed only (e.g. mobile phone) and does not include accessories or "free" additional items.
 
We can not provide a refund after 30 days unless a repair or replacement item of equivalent or greater value is not available.
 
Please be aware that the warranty does not cover accidental damage, damage through misuse, excessive use beyond that which the item was designed for, business or industrial use, damage to any glass (including displays, panels, camera lens, sensors etc), cosmetic damage or fair wear and tear.
 
Your warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Please retain your receipt/packing slip safe as proof of purchase. In some cases items may need to be returned to the manufacturer who will require proof of purchase and we can not provide you with a copy.
 
Note that these terms are legally binding in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, which takes precedence over eBay's User Agreement which does not overrule UK civil law.
 
FEEDBACK - Feedback is intended to help other members assess seller performance and we are grateful for any feedback received, and will always leave feedback for customers in return. However, we do not leave feedback for sim card auctions for sales of less than £1.
