Timely shipping and good communication. Packing job was okay but not enough to prevent the sleeve from being beat to hell in transit, a shame since I bought it as advertised with no creases etc. Record itself seemed to be undamaged although there's a *lot* of pops and static on the one side which may have nothing to do with whatever happened during shipping. Not great, not terrible.
