This is an unfair review.We were waiting for the customer to provide the artwork for printing, and tried to communicate this via email and messages however the email address we were provided with kept bouncing back due to the email box being full. Once we had received the artwork and the artwork approval we printed and delivered in the timelines we state taking into consideration the bank holidays.
