No fault at all with the product; however it was ordered Nov. 25 and received 29 Dec. If items are not in stock and parts are not on hand to produce them in a timely manner, that needs to be communicated up front. Seller did offer refund...but that does not help get the item that was advertised as available and able to be delivered by a certain date. Please just confirm with this seller first if you really need an item by a certain deadline as this seller may have issues filling orders.
