Items must have been prior returns due to the scuffing. Scuffing minor down to bare metal in a few areas. The packaging was excellent and wrapped with thick packing paper and then placed in a large usps envelope. Hardware included. Something to note: item should be bedded in caulking (aprox one and a half tubes) before installing hardware. Also vehicles with a wheel base less than 105" should Park before dish, 105"-127" on dish and over 127" after dish. (Instructions not included)
