My husband found that his mask & hose got in the way when he was on his side, so I was pleased to find this pillow with spaces at the sides. This one is more costly, but if you sleep right at the edge of it, the mask & hose do have a bit more room in the space. We're undecided as to whether this has made any improvement in his sleep though, because he stirs quite a bit. Maybe this is better for people who maintain their position throughout their sleep.
