    When I called customer service I got to talk with Jim, a real human, who supplied the information I required and I didn't have to wade through 20 minutes of computerized menus. That's a big plus. The motor/pump arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as described. it is installed in my Softub and working perfectly. The shipping ($24.00) cost could have been worse, but the pump is surprisingly heavy.
