Prices and Payment
 
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards or personal cheque.
When you are ready to pay confirm and pay for your order you may do so in one of 3 ways.
i) You may use Pay Pal to pay by credit or debit card.
ii) You may, if you prefer, pay over the phone using your credit/debit card. Please call 01943 609031 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday.
iii)You may send a cheque to us, payable to H Tennant and Co Ltd.
Your goods will be despatched within 4 days of receipt of the cheque.

Purchasing
 
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
Out of Stock Items
 
We will endeavour at all times to ensure all products are in stock, but on the rare occaisions when a product is not available it may still be shown as 'in stock'. We will let you know as soon as possible if any items you have ordered are not available. We will give you an approximate date when a product will be back in stock. You then will have an option to wait or obtain a refund for that item.
Cancellation
 
If you wish to return an item, for whatever reason, you must contact us first.
 
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Any promotional goods also sent must also be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.
After-Sales Services and Guarantees
 
We would like you to enjoy your purchases and will guarantee your total satisfaction.
 
If the quality of the merchandise you receive is not to your satisfaction, you are entitled to either (at our discretion) a full refund or replacement.
Our liability for any direct or indirect consequential loss is excluded
We do not store your credit or debit card details in any database or any other form. Your card details are only used at the time of purchase when they are encrypted by our 128 bit secure server software before transmitting over the internet.
Any personal information passed on to us as part of a sales transaction or for any other reason will be always be treated with total confidentially. We will not pass on any information to any third party. Any customer information held by us is for the purposes of marketing, and processing your orders. From time to time we may send details of news or offers to customers by e-mail. If your preference is not to receive such e-mails please indicate this when entering your details.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
 
Any goods supplied by us and found to be faulty will be either replaced free of charge or refunded in full.
Any product damaged when delivered must be notified to us within 3 days of delivery. This can be done either by phone, fax or e-mail.
We will replace your goods free of charge or if no identical product is available we will offer a refund or alternative product at your discretion. We may arrange for the collection of the damaged goods.
Any product with a fault or manufacturing defect can be returned under the manufacturers warranty within a year of the purchase date. Before replacement or refund we and the manufacturer may inspect the product to ensure it has been used correctly & not been subject to misuse or negligent handling,
The faulty goods will be replaced with an identical item and any reasonable postage charges incurred by the customer refunded in full.
If an identical product is not available we will offer a choice of a full refund of the price paid and any reasonable postage charges incurred by the customer, or at the customers discretion an alternative product of the same price delivered free of charge.
Statutory Rights
 
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
